Nicole graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus in 2013 and has been a proud Registered Veterinary Technician ever since. With a lifelong love for animals—especially cats—she was drawn to a career that would allow her to care for them every day. Over the years, Nicole has gained experience in both general practice and emergency medicine, ultimately discovering her true passion: supporting pet parents in helping their companions live long, happy, and healthy lives.
In late 2024, Nicole transitioned from her role as Lead RVT to Practice Manager at Don Head, where she continues to combine her clinical skills with leadership responsibilities. She is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment for both pets and the team that cares for them.
Nicole lives in Richmond Hill with her partner and their three beloved cats—Whisper, Bean, and Pumpkin. Outside of work, she enjoys time at the cottage, hiking in the forest, and exploring her creative side through painting and photography. Her photo is dedicated to the memory of Takota, her beautiful Siberian Husky, who passed in the summer of 2025.
